Every time, before you light your candle, Always trim the wick to 1/4”.
Always burn your candle within eyesight, away from anything that is flammable, air drafts, children and pets.
Always place your candle on a heat safe surface and never move or touch a hot candle container.
Remove any debris that might fall into the melted wax like matches or wick trimmings.
Burn your candle for a maximum of 4 hours at a time and let it completely cool down.
The first time you burn your candle is the most important. Please allow the candle to stay lit until the top of the candle wax has evenly melted all the way from one edge to the other. This can take 2-4 hours. This even melt pool will ensure an even burning candle in the future and will prevent a melt tunnel from occurring. Optimum burn time is 2 hours to a maximum of 4 hours each time. When 1/2” of candle is left in the jar, it has lived its best life and you should extinguish the flame to avoid overheating of the vessel.
